Job summary

EY is seeking a Director-level Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement to shape the strategy and operating model for Security Compliance within Technology Assurance. The role drives a proactive, intelligence-driven function, clearing backlogs and prioritizing actions across a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include establishing governance for frontier AI and DataGuard obligations, leading stakeholder engagement with senior technology leaders, and delivering decision-quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead global security compliance programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience translating policy into actionable risk-reduction plans.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance (GRC) expertise across IT landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy, target operating model, multi-year roadmap, priorities, performance measures, and resource plan.
• Own global policy compliance and the Non-Compliance Consequence Framework, with enforcement and escalation.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence and expand control monitoring and executive reporting.
• Establish AI governance, monitoring, and compliance for frontier AI and DataGuard obligations.
• Partner with CTOs and risk, audit, and technology teams to balance policy and business impact while advancing automation.
