Job summary

EY is seeking a Director to own the global Security Compliance strategy within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will lead a distributed team, prioritize enforcement, and deliver measurable risk reduction while advancing AI governance and data protection.

The role requires deep cyber security knowledge, policy governance expertise, and executive-facing communication to balance risk and business impact across geographies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise security compliance or GRC environments.
• Experience leading distributed, matrixed teams and advising executives.
• Proven ability to transform risk into prioritized remediation actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global security compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization to address high-risk exposures.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with dashboards and executive reporting.
• Establish governance for frontier AI, DataGuard, and emerging tech obligations.
