Job summary

EY seeks a Global Lead for Security Compliance & Enforcement to shape a proactive, intelligence-driven function within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will set the global roadmap, balance policy with business impact, and lead a distributed team to optimize enforcement and remediation.

With 12+ years in security compliance and a strong risk-management background, you will drive governance with senior stakeholders and executive-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, technology and data risk, policy compliance, control assurance, GRC operations.
• Experience with ISO 27001/27002, ISO 31000, COBIT and enterprise control obligations.
• Ability to translate technical exposure and compliance data into business risk and actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization for proactive risk governance.
• Own global policy compliance, enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance.
