Job summary

EY is seeking a Director-level leader to head Global Security Compliance & Enforcement within Technology Assurance. You will shape strategy, operating models, and a global roadmap, balancing policy with business impact while guiding a distributed team and executive partners.

You will oversee governance, risk intelligence, remediation, and emerging AI/DataGuard obligations, delivering measurable risk reduction and audit-ready governance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, technology and data risk, policy compliance, control assurance, GRC operations, enterprise remediation, exception governance, and risk acceptance.
• Understanding of ISO 27001/27002, ISO 31000, COBIT, unified compliance frameworks and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap in alignment with risk appetite and business objectives.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization addressing high-risk exposures while sustaining BAU GRC operations and talent succession.
• Own policy compliance enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance while coordinating with senior stakeholders.
