Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement Director to shape the global security compliance program within Technology Assurance. You will own strategy, operating model, and enforcement, coordinating across CTOs, risk, audit, and technology teams to drive prioritized remediation and governance across a globally distributed organization.

The role requires 12+ years in security compliance, strong leadership, and the ability to translate risk into action, with a focus on frontier

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in complex enterprise security compliance roles.
• Experience leading distributed, global teams in a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate security risk into executive decisions and remediation actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own policy compliance, enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Direct remediation and governance for technology-lifecycle risk and AI/DataGuard obligations.
• Establish governance for frontier AI and emerging technologies with stakeholders.
