Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Director to own the global Security Compliance strategy and operating model within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will lead a globally distributed, capability-led team to drive proactive governance and prioritized remediation.

You will partners with CTOs, risk, audit and governance stakeholders to deliver a multi-year roadmap, threat reduction, and executive-ready posture insights. Hybrid work and strong rewards described.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, technology and data risk, policy compliance, control assurance, and GRC operations.
• Experience with ISO 27001/27002, ISO 31000, COBIT and enterprise control obligations.
• Ability to translate technical exposure into business risk and executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global security compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization addressing high-risk exposures.
• Own policy compliance, enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with dashboards and executive reporting.
• Establish AI/DataGuard governance and monitor emerging obligations.
