Job summary

EY is seeking a Director of Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement to shape and govern the security compliance program across the enterprise. You will own the strategy, operating model, and enforcement outcomes, coordinating with CTOs, risk, audit, and technology teams to reduce risk and improve governance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, technology and data risk, policy compliance, control assurance, GRC operations.
• Experience with enterprise remediation, exception governance, and risk acceptance.
• Ability to translate risk into executive decisions and measurable risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization for compliance posture.
• Oversee policy enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance processes.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with dashboards and executive reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across technology, audit, governance and risk teams.
