Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ years experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in the elements, as necessary.
• Preferred degrees in Project or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate scope of work, project timeline, system design, and budget.
• Accountable for successful project completion including permits and licenses.
• Prepare administrative reports: schedule of values, time tracking, job costing, closeout.
• Oversee technicians and staff; coordinate with departments and clients.
• Track construction schedule and costs to meet time and budget targets.
• Ensure clear customer communication on progress and changes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field teams.
• Maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
