Job summary

Invesco, a global investment leader, seeks a Senior Securities Data Operations leader in Atlanta to oversee US data, coordinate with global teams, and manage data governance initiatives. You will guide data setup, master records, and vendor relations to ensure accurate, timely data for trading and reporting.

The role demands 10+ years in securities data, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of equities, bonds, and derivatives, with hands-on capability for data tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of Securities Reference Data experience and leadership of securities data teams.
• Experience leading global teams and interacting with vendor outsourced models (Alpha/State Street).
• Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, OTC.
• Familiarity with Security Master Applications and market data vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Primary Securities Data Operations contact for the US and support the Global Securities Data Operating Model and teams.
• Liaison between internal consumers for Securities Data (Trading, Front Office, Compliance, Risk).
• Drive BAU process improvements and participate in Transformation Initiatives to ensure data operations are timely and efficient.
• Perform data tasks hands-on if needed to support business requirements or urgent consumer needs.
• Oversee offshore teams and Outsource partners (STT) and Data Vendors (BBG, Refinitiv, etc.).
• Partner with Data Product Owners and Data Stewards in Data Governance designs and best practices.
• Provide oversight metrics on operations and vendor performance within IDO and IDS management.
• Drive process improvements with accuracy and integrity.
