Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Sr. Manager of Information Risk and Controls to lead second-line oversight for Business Resilience and Data Governance.

This role partners with the Global Head of Information Risk and Controls to challenge the first line on resilience, data controls, and risk reporting while coordinating with privacy, cybersecurity, and audit teams. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in risk, data governance, or assurance, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and the ability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of risk, control, data governance or assurance experience, including operational resilience or data governance
• Experience challenging risk and control self-assessments and remediation evidence
• Experience preparing, reviewing and defending risk reporting for senior committees

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line oversight of Business Resilience and Data Governance across the firm
• Review material incidents for root cause and remediation, and provide recommendations to management
• Oversee risk appetite measures and develop key risk indicators for two domains
• Provide independent review of Business Resilience and Data risk reporting before risk committee submission
• Develop and review ERM policies, standards, and reporting guidance, ensuring regulatory alignment
