Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filtering, formulas).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on refinement and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and data mine reports to propose hit mitigation strategies.
• Create exceptions to reduce false hits in screening filters.
• Build and execute test cases to ensure exceptions are effective and risk averse.
• Interface with multiple functional areas, onshore partners, clients, internal/external customers, and compliance for process and escalation management.
• Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental procedures and system enhancements.
