The role supervises a team of 3–5, manages inventory planning, and collaborates with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance to optimize performance. Strong Excel, CRM, and SAP experience is preferred.

• Manage product, parts, and accessory inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and supply continuity
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives
• Source and procure locally supplied accessories while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage local vendors to ensure reliable supply and service performance
• Monitor inventory turnover, stock availability, and excess inventory, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize supply chain performance
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to support business planning and executive decision-making
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations with actionable business insight
• Support annual business planning through analysis of market conditions, competitor activities, and economic factors
• Develop strategic recommendations based on ERP data, market intelligence, and financial performance metrics
• Communicate and collaborate with headquarters in Korea on business strategies, operational plans, and special projects
• Support new product development projects by improving cross-functional communication and project coordination
• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 employees, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
• Build strong working relationships across departments and foster a collaborative team environment
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while adapting to changing business needs and deadlines
• Execute special assignments and strategic projects requested by executive leadership
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customers, competitors, products, and market developments

Preferred Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Korean is strongly preferred

• Experience with CRM and SAP Resource Management programs

Pay Scale

$110,000.00 - $117,000/annually (DOE) + eligible for an annual bonus
