Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or healthcare degree, strong communication, and attention to detail; AI experience and project management are a plus. This is a hands-on role supporting biomedical training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiency.
• Experience using generative AI (preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Healthcare professional degree students (PharmD, MD, NP, PA, etc.) and/or PhD candidates (preferred).
• Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.
• Valid driving license not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in segmenting and chaptering training videos for easier navigation.
• Create accurate transcripts of video content.
• Utilize AI tools to generate concise summaries of scientific materials and learning reinforcement questions.
• Develop and enhance slide decks to support training presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage SharePoint training sites.
• Support scientific training development projects for the Specialty, Pharma, and Infectious Diseases Global Scientific Training team.
