Job summary

Siemens is seeking qualified candidates for a 12-week Customer Service Training Internship based at our Raleigh, NC office. You’ll develop AI-generated training content using the Synthesia platform, convert knowledge articles into training videos, and collaborate with SMEs to capture requirements and improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and AI-based applications.
• Must be on-site full-time (40 hours/week) for 12-week internship.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated training content using Synthesia to support Customer Portal adoption and SieOps process training.
• Convert knowledge articles and work instructions into training videos, learning paths, assessments, and materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture requirements, validate content, and improve training effectiveness.
• Create and maintain standardized templates, training assets, and knowledge-management frameworks.
• Support content governance, libraries, and continuous-improvement initiatives for scalable knowledge transfer across the organization.
