Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey seeks a training materials specialist to segment videos, create transcripts, and produce AI-generated summaries for scientific materials. You will develop slide decks and manage SharePoint sites while coordinating with the team to deliver projects on time.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or healthcare degree, strong communication, and attention to detail; AI experience and project management are a plus. This is a hands-on role supporting biomedical training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Microsoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiency.
• Experience using generative AI (preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Healthcare professional degree students (PharmD, MD, NP, PA, etc.) and/or PhD candidates (preferred).
• Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.
• Valid driving license not required.
