Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Engagement Disease Global Publication Lead to develop and execute comprehensive publication and HCP engagement strategies across global and US teams. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to ensure compliant, high-impact dissemination of scientific evidence.

Responsibilities include leading publication planning, content briefs, and vendor management, while mentoring teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or equivalent in Medical/Scientific Affairs or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in medical/scientific publication planning or similar.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
• Experience in global/publication strategy and cross-functional collaboration (Medical Affairs, Clinical Development).

Responsibilities

• Lead global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Translate plans into publication content and engagement materials across regions.
• Develop and manage publication planning processes and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
• Mentor and collaborate with Amgen India and other geographies.
