Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Engagement to lead global and US publication and engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development. You will shape publication plans and coordinate content development with Amgen India, ensuring compliance with ICMJE and GPP guidelines.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, vendor relationships, and drive KPI measurement while advancing a high‑quality scientific narrative across multiple channels

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific background with MD/PhD/PharmD/DO or equivalent.
• Experience in publication strategy, development, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP) and transparency standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic global and US scientific comms and HCP engagement plans.
• Develop publication strategies and coordinate content with Amgen India.
• Ensure adherence to ICMJE and GPP guidelines across outputs.
• Define KPIs and drive process improvements in operations.
