Senior Manager, Publications - Medical Affairs

This role is a key contributor within Medical Affairs, leading the strategic planning and execution of global scientific publications for a late-stage immunology program.

The individual will own the end-to-end publication strategy, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of abstracts, manuscripts, and congress materials. Acting as a central point of leadership, this role partners closely with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, HEOR, Regulatory, and external experts to shape and execute the broader evidence dissemination plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of the global publication strategy
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on data dissemination priorities
• Oversee end-to-end publication activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage external vendors and authors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and internal standards
• Provide visibility to leadership through tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation
• Support and guide congress strategy and related scientific outputs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in publications, medical affairs, or scientific communications
