Job summary

Amazon AWS hardware manufacturing team in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr. Mfg Eng; Process Quality to own manufacturing launches, drive scale-up across a global network, and own PFMEAs and control plans from startup to end-of-life.

You will lead quality control across CM/ODM and component vendors, provide hands-on support for new product introductions, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve escalations; travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or high-tech hardware.
• 5+ years of product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Deliver hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through comprehensive root cause analysis.
