Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to scale up production for new cloud hardware programs across a global network.

You will own PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from startup through end of life, driving launches and resolving issues with speed and quality. You will collaborate with CM, ODM, and component vendors, lead root cause analyses for escalations, travel internationally 25-50% to support global operations, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, multi-platform

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Deliver hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through comprehensive root cause analysis.
• Support global operations through regular domestic and international travel (25-50% of time).
