Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to scale production for AWS hardware across a global network. You will own PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from startup to end of life, coordinating with ODMs, CMs, and suppliers.

Expect international travel and end-to-end issue ownership. You will drive manufacturing launches, resolve process issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet throughput and quality targets, including a focus on global scalability

Qualifications

• 6+ years in high‑volume manufacturing operations or sourcing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering with server platforms or high‑tech hardware.
• 5+ years of product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing for new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Deliver hands‑on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through root cause analysis.
• Support global operations with 25–50% travel.
