Job summary

Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for Process Quality in Manufacturing. The role covers scaling production, driving PFMEAs and control plans, and owning process launches from concept to end-of-life across a global network.

You will collaborate with ODMs, CMs, and internal teams, supporting NPI, root cause investigations, and cross-functional engineering efforts. Industry experience in high-volume hardware manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience.
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM/ODM and vendors.
• Provide hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through root cause analysis.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support global operations (25-50%).
