Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to scale production across a global supplier network, owning PFMEAs, Control Plans and process flows from startup through end-of-life.

You will join a diverse team and drive manufacturing launches, collaborate with AWS hardware teams and suppliers, and travel domestically and internationally to ensure throughput and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering with server platforms/high-tech hardware.
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
• Experience with project management of technical projects.

Responsabilités

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM/ODM and component vendors.
• Provide hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations via root cause analysis.
• Support global operations with regular travel (25-50%).
