Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for the Business Planning domain, overseeing a four-person team across Houston and Rotterdam. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, design and implement strategic planning solutions, and ensure value realization from OnePlan in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• APICS CSCP certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar supply chain leadership role in a multinational.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement.
• Proven project management with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain trends and technologies.
• Experience with planning tools and data analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of analysts to develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions.
• Own OnePlan rollout across regions, ensuring governance and adoption.
• Define end-to-end planning standards and drive value realization.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and program teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines and budgets across multiple initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage change across the supply chain.
• Ensure OnePlan capabilities are embedded in day-to-day planning decisions.
