Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) Global Product Executive Director within Trade & Working Capital.

This leader holds global accountability for product strategy, P&L, and end-to-end delivery, challenging conventional approaches and guiding cross-functional teams to innovative customer solutions. The role requires deep expertise in TW&C products, regulatory engagement, and a track record of driving growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience in Trade & Working Capital.
• Experience with regulators and governance bodies.
• Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Influence across discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Experience leading large global teams and cross-regional collaboration.
• Ability to drive change and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning to commercialization and market opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth with go-to-market strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on solution generation, market research, prototyping, and delivery.
• Manage product-level P&L, balance sheet, RWA, and capital planning.
• Ensure readiness for OCC and audit requirements and comply with controls.
• Serve as contact with regulators and local governance bodies.
• Obtain regulatory and compliance signoffs prior to launch.
• Research client and regional markets to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with Technology and Product Delivery to implement digital platform strategy.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management on governance and commercialization.
