Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and fielding of international telecom, SATCOM, and gateway infrastructure for DoD and commercial customers. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, hosts, and government partners to deliver on-time deployments.

Based in Aberdeen, MD, this hybrid role requires site acquisition, regulatory coordination, vendor management, and travel to international locations, reporting to the R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 8+ years of technical program management or project delivery experience.
• Experience managing complex international deployment programs with multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead international gateway site development and acquisitions.
• Coordinate multi-vendor deployment activities across countries.
• Manage site verification, acceptance, and handover processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality throughout deployment.
