Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Lead to drive end-to-end business process enhancement through SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will lead design, build, testing, and deployment of new processes, and run workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project plans and client priorities.

We expect hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong data governance knowledge, and the ability to mentor teams while traveling up to 100% for global engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with global S/4HANA data transformation programs and a deep understanding of business values behind transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with master data elements, data governance approaches, and data migration.
• Proven ability to lead SAP MDG implementations and establish governance frameworks.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and speak the business language.
• Knowledge of SAP data elements (master & transactional) and data integration across modules.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading client workshops.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and manage 5–10 resources.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

• Lead design, build, testing and deployment of new or changed business processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Drive workshops with stakeholders and align results with project plans
• Provide business process solutions aligned with industry leading practices
• Plan and execute project activities with timelines, scope and quality
• Develop implementation schedules and governance models for data processing
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with clients and teams
• Create reusable assets and thought leadership in SAP data areas
• Deliver accurate estimates and timelines, maintaining client relationships
