Zusammenfassung

ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, POs, and invoices within ERP, preferably SAP. You will coordinate with global teams to ensure compliant processes and timely procurement actions.

You will partner with SWE, ICT, and Finance to translate project needs into actionable purchasing, generate reports, monitor spend, and drive continuous improvements in procurement governance.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (requisition creation, PO management, approvals).
• Advanced experience using SAP procurement modules, workflow management, and reporting.
• High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration platforms.
• English: C1

Aufgaben

• Procurement Process & Operations: Support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, purchase orders (POs) and invoices within the ERP system (preferably SAP).
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, global Purchasing, and Finance for procurement activities.
• Data Management, Reporting & Governance: Maintain records, generate routine and ad hoc procurement reports, monitor bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with processes, guidelines, audits, and continuous improvement of procurement docs.
