Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers seeks a Procurement Enablement & Operations Analyst to optimize source-to-pay and operational procurement processes within SAP/Ariba. You will shape policy translation, drive onboarding, and manage PR to PO cycles while enforcing data standards and supplier compliance.

The role requires SAP purchasing experience, KPI development, and collaboration with AP, Finance, IT and operations to improve cost control and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, sourcing or source-to-pay
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP purchasing experience including PRs, POs, outline agreements, info records, vendor master data

Responsibilities

• Translate procurement policy and approval rules into clear processes, system workflows and release strategies in SAP/Ariba
• Own the vendor onboarding workflow in SAP/Ariba (SLP), from request and due diligence to approval and activation
• Manage the PR-to-PO pipeline: monitor open requisitions, convert PRs to POs, and reduce cycle time and manual touches
• Define rules to tackle tail spend and lead vendor master data cleanup with AP and Finance
• Create, maintain and monitor outline agreements; track consumption, expirations and price changes
