Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Manager, GSC Logistics Systems to lead the global logistics digital roadmap, focusing on SAP S/4HANA (EWM/WMS/TM) and BI analytics. You will liaise with global process owners, drive warehouse automation strategies, and govern B2B integrations with carriers and 3PLs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or information systems.
5+ years managing logistics and supply chain systems in global settings.
At least 3 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (EWM/WMS, TM) or equivalent ERP with EDI/API.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and building executive KPIs using Snowflake/Sigma/Domo.
Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project and delivery frameworks; ability to present to C-suite (Canva/Slides).
Ability to optimize end-to-end flows and drive adoption of new processes.
Strong cultural change and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and implement the global logistics digital roadmap.
Partner with GPOs to build business cases and align stakeholders.
Drive the functional strategy for warehouse automation and SAP S/4HANA integration.
Lead governance of B2B integration standards with carriers and 3PLs.
Partner with IT to enforce cybersecurity and data governance across connections.
Ensure solutions adhere to global processes and risk controls.
Serve as the logistics data SME supporting reports and KPIs.
Collaborate with IT on incident management and continuous improvement.
