Job summary

North Point Technology seeks an experienced SAP Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SAP, Oracle, and enterprise environments. Focus areas include ERP architecture, platform security, integrations, and cloud transformation to enable business transformation objectives.

The role leads global teams, ensures ERP platforms remain secure, scalable, compliant, and reliable, and oversees development, integrations, and modernization initiatives across ERP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or 8+ years related experience.
• At least 10 years in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Basis and Security across SAP ECC, EWM, Fiori, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Portals.
• Hands-on SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SAP and Oracle with cloud/enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing SAP GRC, ERP security, user access, and SoD controls.
• Experience delivering at least two end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and related platforms.
• Manage and support SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, SAP PO, Portals, and Oracle apps.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards for scalable, secure ERP environments.
• Own ERP security, SoD, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead SAP/Oracle development, customizations, APIs, Fiori/UI5, and technical delivery.
• Define integration strategies across SAP, Oracle, cloud, EDI, middleware, and third-party apps.
• Oversee system performance, upgrades, patches, vulnerability remediation, and migrations.
• Ensure platform availability, DR, backup readiness, and operational excellence.
• Lead cloud-transformation initiatives and hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Drive AI/ML, automation, analytics, and intelligent ERP processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate into secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure configurations, custom developments, and integrations meet quality standards.
• Lead ERP implementations, plant deployments, acquisitions, and rollouts.
• Manage vendors and partners for successful delivery and value.
• Lead and mentor global teams of architects, developers, security specialists, DBAs, and engineers.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities with proactive mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, cost optimization, and debt reduction.
• Partner with business/IT to align ERP investments with goals.
