Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across global SAP, Oracle, and enterprise environments. You will drive architecture, platform security, integrations, cloud transformation, and operational reliability.

The role focuses on leading global technical teams, establishing standards, and ensuring secure, scalable ERP platforms aligned with business transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of related professional experience.
• At least 10 years in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle DB administration.
• Strong enterprise IT architecture design and leadership experience.
• Hands-on SAP HANA administration, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating SAP and Oracle with cloud and enterprise solutions.
• Fluent English communication and global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP and Oracle.
• Manage SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, PO, Portals, and Oracle apps.
• Own ERP security, SoD, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Define integration strategies across SAP, Oracle, cloud, and APIs.
• Oversee performance, upgrades, migrations, vulnerabilities, and DR planning.
• Lead cloud transformation and hybrid-cloud ERP architecture.
• Mentor global teams of architects, developers, DBAs, and engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and technical debt reduction.
