Job summary

North Point Technology seeks an experienced SAP Basis Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across global SAP, Oracle, and enterprise app environments. You will guide ERP architecture, security, integrations, cloud transformation, and operational reliability, while leading global teams to deliver secure, scalable ERP platforms.

The role focuses on architecture standards, SoD/SOX compliance, and end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10+ years in SAP Basis, SAP Security and Oracle DB administration.
• Strong experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture across SAP/Oracle environments.
• Hands-on SAP HANA administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, GRC, and complex integrations with cloud/enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to lead global technical teams, manage vendors, and drive security/compliance (SOX, SoD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and platforms.
• Own ERP security, SoD controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Define integration strategies across SAP/Oracle, cloud, EDI, and APIs.
• Oversee SAP modules (ECC, EWM, GRC, Solution Manager) and Oracle applications.
• Mentor and grow global teams of architects, developers, and security specialists.
• Drive cloud-transformation, automation, and intelligent ERP initiatives.
• Ensure platform availability, disaster recovery, and backup readiness.
