Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Lead to steer strategy across SAP, Oracle, and enterprise applications. You will guide architecture, security, integrations, and cloud transformation while leading global teams to deliver reliable ERP platforms.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, audit readiness, and high-availability operations, with focus on modernization, AI, and intelligent ERP processes across multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration experience.
• Proven enterprise IT architecture design and leadership.
• Hands-on SAP HANA implementations and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP GRC, SOX, and security controls across SAP modules.
• Ability to lead global ERP programs and complex cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps across SAP and Oracle platforms.
• Own ERP security, SoD, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Drive SAP/Oracle development, APIs, and Fiori/UI5 delivery.
• Define integration strategies across cloud, on-prem, and third-party apps.
• Oversee performance, upgrades, OSS notes, and disaster-recovery planning.
• Lead cloud-transformation initiatives and AI/automation initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor global teams of architects, developers, and engineers.
