Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, Applications to lead the global enterprise applications portfolio including QMS, PLM, data & analytics, and integration platforms. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and ensure compliance, validation, and security while partnering with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

In this role you will lead internal teams and strategic partners, balance standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 7+ years in IT management.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in global settings.
• Experience with BI reporting and QMS/PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Strong vendor management and strategic partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global applications portfolio strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Oversee QMS/PLM, analytics, and integration platforms for the enterprise.
• Ensure compliance, validation, security, and reliability across platforms.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and program management across projects.
