Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a SAP Director, Solutions Integration to lead enterprise SAP architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.

You will define end-to-end digital architecture for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance, guiding global template design and multi-year transformation programs. You will drive roadmaps, oversee RICEFW, data migration, and testing strategy, and mentor regional leads while ensuring cohesive, scalable SAP solutions for a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of SAP functional experience across multiple modules.
• Hands-on leadership in at least 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/QM, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.
• Experience designing global templates and leading global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP functional architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.
• Define and govern the global SAP template for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
• Lead multi-year digital transformation programs with alignment to business strategy and SAP best practices.
• Drive solution roadmaps, capability assessments, and architecture standards.
• Oversee integration patterns across Ariba-S/4, IBP-S/4, and Group Reporting-Finance.
• Mentor functional leads across modules and guide cross-functional design decisions.
