Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Technology Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem across Retail and Foodservice businesses. - 3-5 years in Product Management or Technology Product Ownership.
- Experience delivering Salesforce implementations at scale.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce product roadmap across Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Lead Salesforce implementations and enhancements from business case through deployment and adoption.
- Prioritize capabilities that deliver measurable business value and drive adoption.
- Drive governance across Salesforce products, integrations, and business processes.
- Own release planning, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and post-launch adoption.
