Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; advanced certifications plus).
• Agile / Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between global/regional business teams, ITS and Salesforce (eco-system).
• Own demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• Lead the lifecycle of Salesforce enhancements, including demand intake, prioritization, release coordination, and ongoing optimization.
• Drive alignment across regions and stakeholders, promote best practice sharing and implementation.
