Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Salesforce Business Operations to own Salesforce for Walmart Marketplace globally. You will align platform priorities with business needs, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketplace leadership to deliver scalable, intuitive experiences across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related field and 5 years’ experience in project/program management or related area.
• Or 7 years’ experience in project/program management with 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for Salesforce across Walmart Marketplace globally.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities and influence the Salesforce roadmap.
• Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements from stakeholders across global marketplaces.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
• Lead governance, prioritization, and enterprise platform adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate release readiness including validation, change management, and communications.
• Develop and maintain business documentation, including requirements and SOPs.
• Monitor adoption and user feedback to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
• Ensure new functionality is supported with training and documentation.
• Champion data governance and drive automation where possible.
