Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant enterprise Salesforce experience in a multi-country organisation.
• Experience as product or platform owner with roadmaps and governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture and lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy, roadmap, and governance for IRC’s Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead the evaluation of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and potential migrations.
• Oversee AI adoption and governance within the CRM with data protection in mind.
• Manage team, contractors, and partners, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across External Relations, Finance, and Programme.
