Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the vision, architecture, and governance of our global Salesforce platform. You will work across business and technology teams to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.

The role requires deep Salesforce multi-org experience, strong governance capabilities, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive platform roadmaps and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience, with at least 5 years in architecture roles across platforms.
• Extensive experience as enterprise or solution architect on large-scale multi-org Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, design principles, and governance for Salesforce.
• Provide architectural leadership for multi-org Salesforce environments, integrations, security models, and data management.
• Collaborate with solution architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to align designs with enterprise objectives.
• Drive platform roadmap decisions and technology adoption strategies with IT and EA leadership.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and ERP, data, middleware, identity, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities to determine business value, scalability, and enterprise readiness.
• Address platform performance, security, and technical debt to support long-term success.
• Contribute to architecture review processes and reusable design patterns.
