Job summary

Emerson seeks a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to shape vision, architecture, and governance of Emerson’s global Salesforce platform. You will lead across business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligning with enterprise standards.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with IT and EA leaders to drive platform roadmaps, manage governance, and ensure long-term digital transformation across Emerson’s enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience, with at least 5 years in architecture roles across platforms.
• Demonstrated experience as an enterprise or solution architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, design principles, and governance for Salesforce across the organization.
• Provide architectural leadership for multi-org Salesforce environments, integrations, security models, and data management strategies.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Drive platform roadmap decisions and technology adoption strategies with IT and EA leaders.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and core enterprise platforms (ERP, data, middleware, identity, cloud technologies).
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities to determine business value and enterprise readiness.
