Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in airline/travel industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for agency partners to grow market share.
• Lead initiatives to enhance agency tools, products, and servicing; translate agency feedback into solutions.
• Lead and audit creation of playbooks and enablement resources for account management and agency engagement.
• Partner with internal departments to align strategies and optimize account performance.
• Collaborate with teams and travel agency partners to enhance American's value proposition within agency programs.
