Job summary

Onesubsea is seeking a Sales Support Specialist based in Whittier, Alaska. The role involves preparing proposals based on incoming customer requests for quotes, ensuring that both customer and company requirements are met.

The ideal candidate should be able to respond professionally to customer inquiries, calculate pricing accurately, and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience with U.S. Government agencies is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical and commercial documents.
• Experience in responding to customer inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government agencies and Nuclear Quality Program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop capability to quote all assigned products.
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails.
• Review incoming requests and specifications.
• Calculate pricing and discounts.
• Coordinate with costing/pricing authority.
• Offer solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prepare and send quotations on time.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Provide accurate information to customers and stakeholders.
