Job summary

Bodorlaser Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to support North American logistics operations, handling import/export shipments, coordinating customs clearance, and managing warehouse inventory and domestic transportation.

The role requires experience in international logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Travel to warehouses is possible; headquarters in China will be a key collaboration partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in import/export operations, warehousing, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to travel occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from origin to delivery.
• Ensure customs clearance documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate domestic deliveries and monitor shipment status.
• Negotiate with and manage local logistics vendors and carriers.
• Maintain inventory at third‑party warehouses and support counts.
• Update SOPs and share logistics information with teams.
