Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in field sales and sales leadership.
• Strong CRM analytics and data-driven decision making.
• English fluency in written and spoken.
• Ability to lead cross-regional initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce SFDC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Sales Operations strategy and governance for global standardization.
• Oversee CRM adoption, data integrity and reporting accuracy with standardized reporting.
• Lead territory planning, quota setting and incentive design; drive growth.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Excellence Leaders to align processes with Finance, Marketing and HR.
• Develop and deliver targeted development programs and performance management systems.
