Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Head of Global Insights & Intelligence in a hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ. The leader will drive the insights center of excellence, translate customer and market data into strategic recommendations, and guide innovation and commercialization decisions across regions.

The role requires 12–15+ years of leadership in insights, with a strong track record transforming insights into growth, and deep expertise in AI-enabled analytics and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Marketing, Business Admin, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.
• Proven track record translating insights into business outcomes, growth strategies and profitable revenue.
• Experience leading global teams in matrixed organizations across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Responsabilités

• Lead global market intelligence and trend forecasting capabilities.
• Shape enterprise strategy and growth priorities using customer, consumer, market, and competitive insights.
• Synthesize multiple intelligence sources into actionable stories for executive decision making and go-to-market execution.
• Partner with Global Category Marketing to quantify market opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Identify near-term growth opportunities and drive go-to-market activation with regional teams.
• Build and scale AI-enabled insights capabilities to accelerate decision making and competitive advantage.
