Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Sr. Director, Global Operations Digital Partner to shape and execute a global digital strategy for Operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.

You will partner with executives to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business value. The role reports to the VP of Digital Technology Solutions and Global Innovation and manages a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy or enterprise IT.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms (SAP, Blue Yonder, TMS, LIMS) and analytics.
• Proven track record driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a global Operations digital and IT strategy.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology-enabled transformation.
• Oversee governance of global digital portfolio including SAP, TMS and analytics.
• Align regional execution with global standards and architecture integrity.
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships and investment roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation across Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
