Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leading a global team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent experience.
• Conversational fluent language skills in Japanese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales and marketing plan; execute it.
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement.
• Utilize market research and competitor analyses.
• Provide leadership in development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnerships.
• Create and maintain budget.
• Oversee and direct market research.
• Build, develop and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills.
