Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales & Market Development to lead international growth across Latin America and Asia Pacific for the Adventure Sports portfolio including CamelBak, Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, and Giro.

The role requires 10+ years in international sales and market development, with a proven track record of managing regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Frequent travel and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive international sales and market development experience, with leadership responsibility.
Experience owning a regional P&L, annual budget, forecast, and long-range plan.
Proven history building distributor networks and leading complex partner relationships.

Responsabilidades

Develop market-specific go-to-market strategies across LATAM and APAC to drive profitable growth.
Lead distributor relationships, negotiate contracts, and set performance expectations.
Own regional P&L and drive end-to-end regional execution with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement international marketing and store concepts aligned with brand priorities.
Travel frequently to advance growth and assess expansion opportunities.
